What does professional holiday lighting cost?
Our minimum project investment is $800. Your price depends on the roofline coverage, trees, greenery and décor in your design. We provide a complimentary mockup and a clear estimate before you commit.
How does the free design work?
Send a few clear photos of your property and tell us the colors and look you like. Our team reviews the details with you and creates a custom holiday lighting mockup. You can submit the request now and provide photos later. Larger projects may benefit from an in-person design consultation.
Do you provide the lights and decorations?
Yes. Our seasonal lease includes professional-grade lights and décor, cords, timers and accessories, installation, season-long maintenance, takedown and storage. You do not need to buy or store the equipment.
What if a bulb or section stops working?
Let us know. Season-long maintenance is included, and our team will diagnose and correct the issue so your display continues looking its best.
When should I book, and when do you install?
We recommend booking in September or October for the best choice of dates. Installations typically begin in late September to early October and continue through the season, subject to availability and weather. Most residential displays take one day; larger designs may take longer.
Do you take down and store the display?
Yes. Scheduled takedowns begin in January and depend on snow, ice and safe access. We remove, organize and store your lighting and décor until the following season.
Can I choose the colors or change next year’s design?
Absolutely. Choose warm white, red and green, multicolor or a custom combination. You can keep a favorite design next year, add features or work with us on a fresh look.
Do I need to be home for installation?
No. We need clear access to the agreed areas and an appropriate dedicated electrical circuit. We confirm access and electrical needs beforehand. Snow or ice may require rescheduling when safe installation is not possible.
